The complaint was filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class in Andheri, Mumbai, under the Domestic Violence Act. The case, which includes allegations of cruelty and manipulation, came up for verification and issuance of notice on Tuesday before the court of SC Tadye, Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri.

Marriage and Family
Celina Jaitly married Peter Haag—an Austrian entrepreneur and hotelier—in 2011. The couple has three sons. They welcomed their first set of twin boys, Winston and Viraaj, in 2012. In 2017, Jaitly gave birth to another set of twins, Arthur and Shamsher. Tragically, Shamsher passed away shortly after birth due to a heart condition.
Family Turmoil Continues
The former Miss India and Miss Universe runner-up has recently been in the spotlight over the detention of her brother, Major (Retd.) Vikrant Jaitly, in the UAE in September 2024. Celina claims he was unlawfully held.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has stated that Indian authorities are providing ongoing support. “Our embassy is seized of the matter. We have made consular visits to him on four occasions,” MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said during a briefing on November 7.
The Delhi High Court earlier directed the MEA to offer legal assistance to the retired army officer after Celina filed a petition seeking help with legal and medical support for her brother.
