Groww reported a solid performance in the second quarter of FY26, posting a 12% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to ₹471.3 crore, up from ₹420.2 crore in the same period last year.
On a sequential basis, the fintech brokerage saw an even stronger surge, with profit rising nearly 25% from ₹378.3 crore in Q1 FY26.
However, Groww’s operating revenue for the quarter saw a 9.5% year-on-year decline, coming in at ₹1,018.7 crore, compared to ₹1,125.3 crore in Q2 FY25. The company did show quarterly momentum, with revenue rising over 12% sequentially from ₹904.4 crore in the June quarter.
With an additional ₹52 crore in other income, Groww’s total revenue for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹1,071 crore.
Following the earnings announcement, Groww’s stock saw positive investor sentiment. Shares were trading 5.1% higher at ₹164.64 on the BSE as of 11:05 AM IST.
