The West Synchrony S1 PFS system maintains consistent performance across batch sizes, supporting both early-stage clinical testing (FlexQTY) and commercial-scale production (StdQTY) without introducing additional validation or regulatory hurdles. High-performance plungers, including NovaPure® and FluroTec™ barrier film variants, undergo the Envision™ verification process, reducing defects and particulate risks.
FluroTec barrier film protects sensitive molecules by minimizing contact with elastomeric plunger surfaces, maintaining drug stability and supporting container closure integrity. The system’s design ensures consistent break loose and glide forces, crucial for accurate dosing, device performance, and compatibility with high-viscosity biologics.

West Synchrony offers both make-to-stock and make-to-order options, covering a range of syringe volumes, needle gauges, flange types, and plunger materials.
